I led the end-to-end UX and product design process, partnering closely with stakeholders and engineering from discovery through delivery.
Discovery & Research
Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand clinical, administrative, and operational needs
Mapped existing workflows to identify friction points and duplication
Defined core user journeys and success criteria
Design & Iteration
Established information architecture to support scale and role-based access
Designed dashboards and learning management flows focused on clarity and task efficiency
Iterated through wireframes and prototypes to validate assumptions early
Applied human-centred design principles to balance data density with usability
Delivery & Collaboration
Worked closely with engineering during implementation to ensure feasibility and quality
Supported project planning, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment
Maintained design consistency through development and release
Delivered a cohesive, scalable learning platform tailored to healthcare environments
Reduced complexity for administrators through clearer workflows and dashboards
Enabled medical professionals to access learning resources more efficiently
Established a design foundation that supports future features and organisational growth
The result was a cohesive, scalable learning platform that supports healthcare professionals with intuitive tools for managing content, users, and learning analytics, while remaining adaptable to future product growth.
Stitch is a healthcare learning platform that helps medical professionals access, manage, and deliver structured educational content through a unified digital experience.
At Stitch / MedLearn, I owned the end-to-end product design for a healthcare learning platform, working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to take the product from early discovery through development and release.
I led the full UX process, starting with research and problem definition, and moving through information architecture, interaction design, and validation. The work focused on translating complex clinical and administrative requirements into clear, usable workflows that scale across different user roles and organizational needs.
In parallel, I supported project planning and delivery, helping align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure design decisions were grounded in both user needs and technical constraints. I partnered closely with engineers during implementation to maintain quality and consistency from design to production.
Key Focus Areas:
User research and problem framing
Information architecture and core user journeys
Dashboard and learning management experiences
Design–engineering collaboration and handoff
Iteration based on feedback and constraints
Problem:
Healthcare organisations often rely on fragmented tools to manage learning, certifications, and educational content. Administrators struggle with complex workflows, while medical professionals need fast, reliable access to relevant training without unnecessary friction.
The challenge was to design a platform that could:
Support multiple user roles (administrators, clinicians, content creators)
Handle complex learning and reporting requirements
