I am a Senior Digital Designer with over 20 years of experience in strategic digital and UX design, working across global corporations, startups, and innovation programs.

My background includes leading and contributing to projects for international organisations such as 3M and Randstad, as well as fast-growing startups including SolarCloud and Med.Sphere. I have experience operating in complex, multi-market environments as well as early-stage product development, allowing me to adapt design strategy to both scale and speed.

My expertise spans human-centred design, UX strategy, and R&D-driven innovation, with a strong focus on turning emerging ideas into viable, user-focused digital products. I have collaborated on global initiatives, working closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to drive innovation and deliver meaningful, scalable solutions.

I am also part of the iAccelerate business incubator, where my idea is being developed as part of an early-stage innovation program, combining design leadership with entrepreneurial thinking.
