Assessed cognitive load, error states, and trust signals across the experience
Benchmarked against comparable wallets and industry patterns
UX Review
Identified friction points where users hesitated, made errors, or required additional explanation
Flagged inconsistencies in navigation, feedback, and system status visibility
Reviewed accessibility, readability, and interaction affordances
The work resulted in a comprehensive UX review report, including:

I conducted a comprehensive UX evaluation and research engagement for the Hana Wallet.
My role involved analysing the current user experience across key support flows, identifying usability issues, and assessing how well the interface helps users find answers, understand NFT concepts, and resolve support queries. I performed a structured review of navigation, content clarity, search effectiveness, and interaction patterns, and combined that with benchmark research and user behaviour insights.
As NFT wallets evolve beyond early adopters, usability and trust become critical. Hana NFT Wallet needed an objective UX review to assess whether the product supported both experienced users and newcomers navigating NFTs, wallets, and transactions for the first time.
Problem:
The goal was to identify usability gaps, friction points, and opportunities to improve clarity, confidence, and overall user experience.
